1. Great location, comfortable bed, helpful staff

1. Noisy environment, worn-out rooms, inconsistent cleanliness

The outdoor seating near the pool is good. The room condition is good. Reception staff are friendly.

Internet signal is very weak. No enough towels in the toilet. Breakfast is not that good and variety is not a lot.

It was near the Railway Station and on the Bus Route from the Airport

The hotel is basic and a little run down. Carpets on the stairs are threadbare. The best thing about the hotel is that it is inexpensive.

The pool area is beautiful, perfect for relaxation. The room I stayed in was quite outdated and small.

Houskeeping staff has a very nice smile.

Located in a dark area which gives you the feeling of not secured to go out night time. Guest need to fill up the registration card manually which is a bit annoying as it can be done on pc and the guest need to verify and sign only.

Overall cleanliness could be improved, particularly in the corridors where the carpets appeared neglected. The staff's approachable demeanor made checking in very smooth, and it was very convenient to have restaurants and shops nearby for quick meals.

Rooms not cleaned properly, lacking basic toiletries!!! Requests for necessary items took far too long to fulfill!!! Room availability miscommunication and unsatisfactory resolutions!!!

Modest and quiet property with great employees at the check-out. The breakfasts with many option.

It is next to Supratours main bus station and the train main station. It has a nice pool, nice garden, excellent breakfast offered. Soft bed, bathroom facilities very good.

On my arrival, I would expect to be explained on how do I get to my room (elevator, stairs, etc.) and offered to carry my luggage. Instead I had to ask which is the access to my room. Unfortunately, I wasn't clear due to language problems maybe and I had to guess where the access to room is (stairs). I was in the web-corner for 20 minutes, not being able to access internet. Staff was using the web-corner next to me.

Excellent position for the train or bus stations, great if you need to stay a night before leaving marrakech the next morning. Nice looking pool though, nice breakfast.

Expensive in comparison to other hotels in the city. Not as cool even with air con as a riad.

Ask for extra towels upon check-in, as they can take longer to arrive if requested later.

Price locatioon

I have visited this hotel many times over the past 6 years years. The location is excellent, being located directly adjacent to the train staiton and the Supratours bus station, which makes it ideal for late night...  

The hotel features a lovely outdoor pool area that is perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring the city.

Unfortunately, the rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment and cleanliness, with noticeable dust and outdated bathroom fixtures.

Nextdoor to Bus Staion (Supratours) & Railway Station.

A bit pricey for whjat it is.
